1. Handling FDI legal and business advice matters
2. Communicating with clients to obtain requirements and maintain updates
3. Anticipate and communicate on legal and administrative requirements & opportunities
4. Provide advise with clients for legally sites' management
5. Able to maintain and develop a solid client base
6. Work accordingly with central government and local administrations
Job Requirements:
1. LLB or LLM of Law with PRC BAR is preferred
2. At least two years working experience in the FDI field either from multinational company or law firm
3. Familiar with general related legal concepts and relevant legal experience including ability to conduct legal research and work with external parties in case management
4. Familiar with the operation of a foreign legal or advisory firm
5. Excellent organization and communication skills;

Location: Jiangmen
1. Be in charge of accounting and control at one JV in Jiangmen (60% owned by foreign part) and provide support and facilitate communication with the second JV in Jiangmen (40% owned by foreign part)
2. Be responsible for financial follow-up of joint ventures. Be a key contributor to make the Joint Venture successfully by promoting communication between partners and aligning J/V strategy with company objectives.
3. Supervises local accounting and ensure adequate reporting to local authorities and company.
4. Implements risk management systems (e.g. receivables) and follows up metal hedging/risk
5. Assists the General Manager in implementing Human Resources policies following Greater China guidelines
6. Ensures legal obligations are met, he implements risk management tools and acts as BoD secretary
7. Ensures an optimal information flow between Business Unit and the J/V partner.
8. Liaises with environment health and safety specialists within company to share best. practices with the J/V.

Responsibilities:
1. To lead the profitable growth in sales of admixtures and CGAs in Greater China, coordinating sales and technical support teams to maximise sales and customer retention.
