Finance Manager

Job Description:
Report To: GM
Location: Jiangmen
1. Be in charge of accounting and control at one JV in Jiangmen (60% owned by foreign part) and provide support and facilitate communication with the second JV in Jiangmen (40% owned by foreign part)
2. Be responsible for financial follow-up of joint ventures. Be a key contributor to make the Joint Venture successfully by promoting communication between partners and aligning J/V strategy with company objectives.
3. Supervises local accounting and ensure adequate reporting to local authorities and company.
4. Implements risk management systems (e.g. receivables) and follows up metal hedging/risk
5. Assists the General Manager in implementing Human Resources policies following Greater China guidelines
6. Ensures legal obligations are met, he implements risk management tools and acts as BoD secretary
7. Ensures an optimal information flow between Business Unit and the J/V partner.
8. Liaises with environment health and safety specialists within company to share best. practices with the J/V.
Job Requirements:
1. Above 30 years old with a bachelor degree in finance or other related major.
2. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to provide overall good quality service within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects.
3. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking
4. Demonstrated ability in the use of computers and business related software
