Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct the in-inspection for related category
2. Make sure all productions comply with the group requirements
3. Applying the Quality methods and procedures provided by Quality Manager
4. In-line control of productions comply with the Group quality requirement
5. In-line control of production comply with shipment date
6. Follow-up the continuous improvement if non-conformities during production
7. Advise and inform all related department in Asia by reporting
8. Supervise on Final Random inspection given by external parties
9. Factory audits in case of assistance to Quality supervisor
10. Apply any existing tools and means to ship on time according to purchase order ETD
11. Provide explicit information of production/during inspection to China quality department
12. Evaluation of performance will be carried out following the objectives evaluation documents provided by Asia Quality Department and updated every year.
13. Annual appraisal will be carried out by Asia Quality Manager together with China Quality Manager
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years work experience in textile quality. Be familiar with Domestic and International purchasing.
3. Strong with quality audit and quality controlling for the suppliers. Initiative, creative, flexibility and willing to work under pressure.
4. Excellent at communication and interpersonal skills
5. Able to work under pressure.

This role will be responsible to perform hardware quality assurance and site quality activities for Rail Signaling systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform HQA activities according to the QA standard procedures and Establish QA plan and Inspection & test plan (ITP);
2. Verify that the activities relevant to the products and services provision are in accordance with the defined processes and procedures?
3. Conduct in-process audits on the hardware development processes and perform QA daily check and submit monthly QA report, conduct HQ-review, including the review of quality requirement in contract, hardware requirement, preliminary/detailed/final design, hardware documents, submit review comments and follow the nonconformities to closure;
4. Perform external audits especially consortium partners/suppliers, conduct site inspection/audit and submit inspection/audit report and Factory Acceptance Inspection, Source Inspection, Receiving Inspection, and Final Inspection;
5. Be familiar with company organizational standard processes defined by EPG To identify the nonconformities and direct relevant people to correct and improve them.
6. To has good communication skill to make the opposing party to accept your suggestions;
7. To become a highly productive member and team player.
8. To be able to work efficiently and shoot troubles effectively under pressure or in emergency case.
Requirement:
