Job Description:
Report To:Partner
Location: Beijing
1. Handling FDI legal and business advice matters
2. Communicating with clients to obtain requirements and maintain updates
3. Anticipate and communicate on legal and administrative requirements & opportunities
4. Provide advise with clients for legally sites' management
5. Able to maintain and develop a solid client base
6. Work accordingly with central government and local administrations
Job Requirements:
1. LLB or LLM of Law with PRC BAR is preferred
2. At least two years working experience in the FDI field either from multinational company or law firm
3. Familiar with general related legal concepts and relevant legal experience including ability to conduct legal research and work with external parties in case management
4. Familiar with the operation of a foreign legal or advisory firm
5. Excellent organization and communication skills;
6. Excellent oral/written English skills
7. Can work independently, result oriented, self motivated and self reliable with high ethical standards
8. Good organizational skills and are methodological in approach;
9. Good team player with good interpersonal skills;
10. Be flexible and willing to travel.
