4.Define, follow up and achieve quality targets for both in-house production and outside suppliers;
5.Set up, provide and improve quality training program to new recruited staffs and new suppliers;
6.Evaluate and follow up of continues improvement measures and changes in production processes both inside and at suppliers;
7.Be responsible and manage the quality system inside WCN, manage and update all products related tests and certificates;
8.Manage and maintain all testing equipments and tools;
9.In charge of customer service department, deal with customer complaints, provide quick, reliable and satisfactory customer service;
10.Technical support of suppliers with new product launches and during serial production.
Requirements:
1.Technical University degree (Mechanical or Electronics Engineering);
2.Good knowledge of manufacturing processes(bending, welding , cutting, punching, machining, assembly etc.);
3.Good knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, 8D );
4.Rich knowledge of ISO and VDA audits & QM systems (ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949), the certified quality auditor is an obvious advantage;
5. Skillful at statistical tools and be able to introduce those tools to supplier;
6.Good spoken and written English;
7.2+ years working experience in automobile manufacturing is prefered;
8.Self-motivated and can work under pressure;
9.Honest and act with integrity.
