Supplier sourcing/develop local material supplier
Contract negotiations
Must be familiar with local/international supply terms
Prepare relevant purchasing statistics/reports
Able to handle a dept, motivate the staff, not just working independently

English/pc proficient
Minimum 8 years in above mentioned duties
