Job Description:

The job holder will be in charge of overall commercial operation and supervision of Signal projects, and responsible for analysis, evaluation the cost for signal projects and equipment transaction;
Responsibilities:

1. Tender preparation. Commercial Management of on going projects.

2. To ensure proper contract administration and commercial process are implemented.

3. Monitor contract performance to ensure effective control of contractual transactions, protection of company interests, and the preservation of project profitability.

4. Responsible for ensuring contract compliance. Responsible for preparation and negotiation of contract change proposals and change orders.

5. Responsible for preparation, transmittal and negotiation of claims, including all necessary back up documentation in accordance with contract requirements.

6. Responsible for administration of contractual insurance, bonding, warranty, escrow and other contract requirements (e.g. Localization).

7. In conjunction with legal counsel, develops contractual position and provides contract interpretation to the project team and senior management for all contractual issues.

8. Conducts research and obtains backup documentation with respect to controversial issues, contract interpretation, potential disputes, and make recommendations thereon...

9. Liaise directly with risk management analysts, brokers and sureties in connection with all contract bonding and insurance related matters.

10. Initiate, expedite and ensure timely responses to correspondence and completion of documentation by the project team and other departments as required.

11. Participate meetings with the Customer, internal project review and operation presentations.

12. Planning, coordination with all internal and external partners, execution of the tender submission. Take part in preparing the cost control rule and follow up the enforce status.

13. Inspect the signal equipment stock (include row materials, WIP, finish goods), analyze & forecast the profit or loss for products.

14. Risk management and commercial insurance. Ensures compliance with all contractual insurance requirements. Ensures compliance with Gate requirements.

15. To carry out effective negotiation with all stake holders and securing reasonable and feasible commercial solution for all tender and contracts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree above, majored in finance, commercial or relevant

2. At least 5 years of financial and contract management experience, commercial experience will be a plus.

Job Description:

The job holder should spare effort to operate the signal project in the Middle East well by good coordination with the General Contractor? other contractors and internal project team; The job included the project bidding, commercial negotiation, project implementation and team management but not limited;

Responsibilities:

1. As a key person, coordinate with the General contractor, clients, partners, onshore and offshore signal project teams to ensure the project smoothly being carried out and achieve the commitments in the middle east;

2. Strong relationship with the General Contractor to finish Tender preparation Bidding, Commercial Management of potential projects;

Responsibilities
1. Lead On-line Quality Control team in Shanghai (inclusive of both SH1 and SH2 Plant)
2. To ensure the quality of in-process products is matching agreed standard.

Requirements:
5. Line inspection team management
a) Manage QC line inspection Team and Performance, targeting preventive rather than corrective approach
b) Responsible for in-process inspection of the factory both in SH2 and SH1 based on agreed sampling plan and control procedures
c) To set and update inspection working procedure and relative control sheet.
d) To take immediately action to/with relevant personnel (Manufacturing manager and so on) when non-conforming or latent is detected.
e) To supervise the hygiene situation of the factory.

6. Data Statistics
a) To continuously control and improve in-process quality level by advanced quality measure, such as SPC etc.
b) To summarize the quality of in process control (IPQCP) and its product every month and report them in cumulative charts (trend analysis). To organize the quality meeting monthly, to analyze the nonconforming and set the purpose with relevant department and trace the improvement action.
c) To help handle and analysis customer complaining form market together with other function, and follow up (co-ordinate, trace and feedback) the actions done by related function based on corrective and preventive action and evaluates the results.
7. Technique support for other functions
a) To assist the new product development through advanced QC tools and fulfill other tasks while requires.
b) To improve the quality level through the implementation and participation of the new project.
c) To train the relative personnel in terms of in-process inspection.
d) To transfer quality awareness to employees whenever is necessary.
