Requirements:
1.Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in design or service of high technology electronic devices or systems. Better if coming from Drives, UPS, Power Supply, Air Conditioning, Traction, Soldering machine or similar Industries.
2.Skill: Good capacity to handle IT technology, good inter-person communication, easy to use simulation program (Mathcad, Simulink, Spice, Orcad or similar), good knowledge of high level programming language such C, C++, Visual C, etc.
3.School: University Degree (at least Bachelor or Master) in Electronics (IC design, Signal, Communication), Control System, Power Electronics or Electrics or similar. Physicians or Computer Science graduated are also welcome but with Electronics specialization or experience.
4.Language: Fluent English as well as the native Chinese, others are welcome.
5.Other: Availability to travel in Europe and Asia for short/medium period of time.

Responsibilities:

9.Prepares ad hoc financial analysis for new investment and capital expenditure.
10.Prepares a variety of detailed accounting, statistical, and narrative financial statements or reports requiring analysis and interpretation.

Requirements:
1.3-6 years of working experience in manufacturing environment of which at least two years in managerial responsibility.
2.Experience in MNC accounting practice and familiar in rigorous HQ accounting reporting.
3.Knowledge of both PRC accounting standards and prior working knowledge in International Accounting Standards/ USGAAP/UK GAAP.
4.Knowledge of China taxation is an advantage
5.Fluent in Madrian and good command of English (at least fluent in read and write)
6.Person with high integrity and be the gate keeper for the factory
7.Good PC skill, hands on person,
8.ERP experience with good knowledge of ERP application to business
9.Ability to perform various finance and investment analysis

Major Job Functions
1.Manage a group of professional accounting and finance staff in their respective areas of responsibility namely Costing, Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Tax & Audit
2.Ensure compliance to Corporate and Local Policies and Procedures Compile and review Quarterly Forecast, Annual Plan and 5-year Plan.

7.Manage various cash and investments with maximum return and minimum tax impact Generate/review bi-yearly standard process cost using Activity Based Costing methodology.
8.Ensure adequate weekly and monthly cash flowGenerate/Review quarterly Economic Value Added (EVA) summary statements.
9.Ensure compliance with Legal and Corporate Treasury requirements, with respects to all Fund Management and Banking issues. Provide financial analyst support to Operations and Administrative department
10.Minimize corporate tax exposure by performing effective tax planning and taking advantage of any tax incentives or allowances
11.Ensure all banking operations and inter company account transactions are in compliance with the Government financial rules and regulations, particularly the exchange control rules and regulations
12.Ensure all property is adequately protected in coordination with Corporate Risk Manager and local insurance brokers and agents Participate in the development of new Financial systems as and when the needs arise.
13.Maintain a professional relationship with government bodies , financial and private institutions Handle special assignments or projects analysis on adhoc basis.
14.Develop career path, enhancement plan and training plan for all staff Supervise sub-ordinates to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished.
15.Represent the needs of customer in internal functions in addressing QS-9000 requirements Liaise with S'vale and offshore sister plants on related issues

1.Manage the Pipeline and Tracking Process including consolidation of forecast inputs and plans from various regions/verticals, process improvements in the quality of the data and generation of various performance reports and trend reports;
2.Generate Management Reporting Pack including revenue analysis, deferred revenue analysis, product analysis, channel analysis, deal analysis and accounts receivable analysis;
3.Support the Finance Manager and Finance Team;
4.Support ad hoc requests from management;
5.Responsible for revenue reconciliations among Pipeline, General Ledger and Invoice Register.;
6.Responsible for deferred revenue reporting and reconciliation as well as movement analysis in the deferred revenue balances;
7.Participate and interface with other BEA organizations as required to support the pipeline and revenue analysis processes.

Qualifications/Necessary Skills:
1.At least 4 years related experience with a US MNC, IT Company is an advantage;
2.Understanding of SOP97-2 Revenue Recognition;
3.Knowledge of Forecast systems and PeopleSoft;
4.Good written and verbal communication skill in English;
5.Good analytical sense with strong financial background;
6.With positive working attitude and be able to work under pressure.
