Job Description:
Report To:Senior QA Manager
Location:Shanghai
To assist QA Manager in achieving the goal of QA team --- on time delivery with quality products and add value in sourcing/bulk stage.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and maintain the QA system; suggest to QA Manager make adjustment if necessary;
2. Cascade update customer¡¯s request / feedback to QA stuff promptly. Monitor the QA staff execution closely;
3. Weekly review the inspection report to ensure them correctly and accurately;
4. Balance the workload of each QA auditor periodically;
5. Train QA personae on the field, in our inspection process/standards periodically;
6. Conduct the factory evaluation, and responsible for lav;
7. To complete any other assignments deemed by QA manager.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5-6 years experience

3.Work closely with project leader, develop quality system criteria, visit target suppliers' facilities, verify and validate all supplier technical and quality capability as per pre-qualification plan.
4.Conduct source inspections including physical measurement of product to validate compliance to specifications
5.Educate supplier proper quality/measuring methods and manufacturing/process controls
6.Conduct supplier search, identify potential suppliers, conduct preliminary screening and obtain company profiles, brochures, catalogs and other literature.
7.Design, develop and implement strategic negotiation strategies to meet target prices
8.Review, clarify and confirm project requirements up.
Job Requirements:
1. University graduate in supply chain or related disciplines;
2. Working experience more than 3 years from the hard goods manufacturing industry either in purchasing or sourcing position/ organization;
