Job Title: Financial Manager
Job Description:
Company introduction: The client is an Italy company, which has become the world leader in automotive and machine tool markets during past 50 years. There are three manufacturing bases in Shanghai, Nanjing and Wuxi. Now a professional team is providing technology support and customer services for their customers in China. Responsibilities:

1. To manage Accounting Processes on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
2. To coordinate the strategic financial planning & analysis;
3. To be fully responsible for the maintenance of general ledger, major in taking charge of costing;
4. To ensure books of accounts accurately as required;
5. To set up Internal Control System;
6. To be responsible for PRC financial reports to local authorities;
7. To be responsible for inter-co management reports;
8. To lead the financial team members offer constant and valuable support to Director and Italy HQ.
9. To keep good communication and relations with Italy Financial Group and local authorities;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Graduated or above. Majored in Finance or Accounting.
2. 5-10 years experience in Finance/Accounting area, at lease 5 years at Senior/Manager level. Over 3 years WOFE Company working experience. Manufacturing company working experience
3. Strong interest in growing up with the company;
4. Ability to look/control the whole picture of Accounting;
5. Maturity, flexibility, creativity, attitude to work hard
6. Self-motivated and good personality;
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal as well as problem solving skills;
8. Good computer skills (especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
9. Fluent in English, both in written and oral.
10. Able to always meet deadline of different tasks. Ability to carry out several tasks at the same time.

Job Title: Site Manager (Shanghai)
Report To: Technical Director
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinates the planning and scheduling of installation, testing and all other field activities.
2. Be the key interface with the Civil Contractors for site activities.
3. Provides technical support for all field installation activities (work done by others).
4. Attends site meetings with customers, staff and sub-contractors.
5. Prepares regular status and the progress reports and meeting minutes for the Project Manager, Project Engineer and the Customer.
6. Ensures all site installation drawings and documents are kept current to relevant revisions.
7. Ensures that “as-built” information is recorded as the work progresses and that this is submitted to Toronto for updating of documentation.
8. Co-ordinates the activities of technical specialists from Thales RSS who are on site to perform integration testing, trouble shooting and commissioning testing.
9. Assists with site testing during the integration and commissioning periods.
10. Assists with training of customer operations and maintenance staff with respect to the train control system.
11. Responds to various customer correspondence, either directly or via the Project Manager.
12. Prepares SAR/problem/action reports and ensures these are processed correctly and communicated to the Project Manager and Project Engineer.
13. Performs some PICO testing and assists in T&C activities as required.
14. Administers & maintains site office, including the co-ordination of office suppliers, security, bill payments, etc.
15. Advise project manager of site staffing level requirements.
Requirements:
1. B.Sc. Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 5 years relevant working experience
3. Working knowledge of Metro Signal products with respect to installation support and testing.
4. Working knowledge of safety standards and practices required at project site.
5. Experience in installation and testing of train control systems.
6. PC literate and use of word processing, spread sheet and scheduling software packages.
7. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
8. Knowledge of company Policies & Procedures.
