Job Description?

Responsibilities:
1. Lead team in designing and building management tools and applications that allow users securely and conveniently deploy and manage their applications in Cloud.
2. Professional hands-on experience with designing and developing applications using Java, C/C++, Web-Services, and various data stores in a highly scaled web environment.
3. Able to conduct performance analysis, understanding impacts of architectural decisions
4. Well rounded, understanding all layers of modern applications. Expert knowledge on server virtualization technologies, include XEN, VMWARE, Linux kernel etc.
5. Technical project management?Work with other teams define strategies and implement them
6. Manage and actively participate in reviews (team, project and design).
7. Build world class engineering team and coaching team members
8. Prior experiences with Amazon AWS or Google infrastructure is desired
Qualifications:
1. At least 7 years experiences of building large highly-scaled complex systems with a focus on operating systems, network and datacenters.
2. Professional hands-on experience with designing and developing applications using Java, C, C++, Web-Services, and various data stores in a highly scaled Cloud environment.
3. Strong Linux/Unix experiences, Solid networking experiences.
4. Hands on experiences with server virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Xen
5. Hands on experiences with Network design and management.
6. Excellent communication skills; Highly self-directed?Must have effective oral and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate challenging technical concepts.

Job Description:
The job holder will be in charge of overall management and supervision of the Plant to ensure both production and manufacturing process to be running efficiently and cost effectively, to comply with safety regulations and quality standards and product on-time delivery;
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the plant operations from raw material management through to final product, process improvements and maintenance function, in order to achieve the production of consistent quality products suitable for the market;
2. Oversee the Plant’s manufacturing operations including production plan, workflow, quality control system, delivery schedule, supplier, worker management, etc;
3. Responsible for the overall budget, P & L planning and results;

Functions
General Management
