1. Job Objective

Improve the grade quality of inferior cigarette by extraction and relevant process, endow them with brand characters; make cost competitive; provide total process design especially about color changes; confirm parameters for all working procedures; control cost and quality (physical, chemical and sensory) standards.

2. Job Requirements

1Gender, nationality and age are not limited, university degree or above;

2Have working experience of similar research and application in international tobacco company;

3Familiar with technologies of improving tobacco leaf
quality and relevant chemistry engineering knowledge;

4Capable of being an academic leader of the project and
accomplish this job objective effectively.
