Main Responsibilities:

manage the development team and task assignment.
Write design documentation in both Chinese and English
Be responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including requirements investigation, solution design, development, bug fixing, quality engineering, documentation, and general product maintenance.

Requirements

Bachelors or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
Masters or graduate degree is desirable.
Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in J2EE development experience.
Must have at least 2 years working experience of team leading and eCommerce project implementation
Master of HTTP,Ajax,javascript,HTML/DHTML, XML, Websphere,Jboss,Tomcat,DB2, Oracle or SQL Server
Master of Java?JSP?Servlets?JSTL?JDBC?EJB?Structs?Spring?Hibernate
Have good knowledge of software development processes and methods, familiar with SVN and CVS
eCommerce project experices is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skill with active and positive working style.
Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure

Excellent oral and written communication skills Both in Chinese and English
