1. Job Objective

1Research and provide new sheet process close to sensory quality of tobacco leaf; use tobacco scraps effectively, enlarge application area of material; low program investment, low cost of production and application, great competition ability.

2Provide total process design, especially roll coating craft; confirm parameters for all working procedures, control cost and quality (physical, chemical and sensory) standards;

3For superior products (first and second grade cigarettes), solve the problem of negative sensation influence, endow the brand with unique characters; for medium and inferior products (third, fourth and fifth grade cigarettes), endow the brand with neutral characters.

2. Job Requirements

1Gender, nationality and age are not limited, university degree or above;

2Have working experience of similar research and application
in international tobacco company;

3Familiar with technologies of modified slurry processed
tobacco sheet and relevant engineering knowledge;

4Capable of being an academic leader of the project and accomplish this job objective effectively.
