Responsibilities:
1.Implement a systematic process for training needs assessment with different functions
2.Develop training plan based on the analysis results of needs assessment
focus on Professional Development
3.Actively solicit input from line managers and employees to establish clearly defined training objectives
4.Design & deliver the professional development training programs as planned
5.Regularly meeting with different functions and provide training solution according to their specific needs
6.Provide professional training logistic arrangements
7.Implement training follow up processes
8.Coach line managers and employees to reinforce the training efforts through performance management
9.Effectively manage external vendors¡¯ performance & quality on follow up
10.Build and manage an employee training database for tracking activities & costs
11.Provide analysis report on training applications & impact
12.Monthly report to WD manager
Qualifications:
1.Expertise in Corporate learning
2.Knowledge of HR-leveraging the human side of the business for competitive advantage
3.2 years or above in HR function
4.2 year or above in HR corporate learning
5.Fluent English level
6.Strong PC skills
