Requirements:
1.Former related working background in semiconductor manufacturing industry preferred
2.Related knowledge of wire-bonding technology and process
3.Resourceful sales channels of semiconductor process equipment and wide relationship network with client
4.Owns and manages customer relationship, ensures delivery of great service to the account,
5.Focuses on customer's satisfaction, works on understanding customer's business, workflows and priorities, develops proper contact network within accounts.
6.keeps management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gathers intelligence on competitor activity, gives feedback to marketing
7.Acts as a single point of contact for the client for account management issues, provides escalation path from and to Service
8.Co-ordinates the implementation of global strategy on local level
9.Minimum 5-10 years working experience in the related industry
