1. ? Assist to prepare Cost Budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinates the planning and scheduling of installation, testing and all other field activities.
2. Be the key interface with the Civil Contractors for site activities.
3. Provides technical support for all field installation activities (work done by others).
4. Attends site meetings with customers, staff and sub-contractors.
5. Prepares regular status and the progress reports and meeting minutes for the Project Manager, Project Engineer and the Customer.
6. Ensures all site installation drawings and documents are kept current to relevant revisions.
7. Ensures that “as-built” information is recorded as the work progresses and that this is submitted to Toronto for updating of documentation.
8. Co-ordinates the activities of technical specialists from Thales RSS who are on site to perform integration testing, trouble shooting and commissioning testing.
9. Assists with site testing during the integration and commissioning periods.
10. Assists with training of customer operations and maintenance staff with respect to the train control system.
11. Responds to various customer correspondence, either directly or via the Project Manager.
12. Prepares SAR/problem/action reports and ensures these are processed correctly and communicated to the Project Manager and Project Engineer.
13. Performs some PICO testing and assists in T&C activities as required.
14. Administers & maintains site office, including the co-ordination of office suppliers, security, bill payments, etc.
15. Advise project manager of site staffing level requirements.
Requirements:
1. B.Sc. Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 5 years relevant working experience
3. Working knowledge of Metro Signal products with respect to installation support and testing.
4. Working knowledge of safety standards and practices required at project site.
5. Experience in installation and testing of train control systems.
6. PC literate and use of word processing, spread sheet and scheduling software packages.
7. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

The Concrete Construction Specialist will be responsible for:
1. Providing consulting services related to concrete science, quality control and assurance monitoring of aggregate processing, concrete batching, mixing and delivery and concrete construction, and verification and documenting of contractors' compliance with contract documents, with emphasis on proper specifications, materials, and workmanship for mass concrete, roller compacted concrete and reinforced concrete construction.

Title: Clinical Trial Leader Based in Shanghai/Beijing
Job Description
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
1. Accountable for the writing of clinical protocols and related documents in collaboration with the Clinical trial Team (CTT): lead the clinical trial protocol development process; contribute to the operational and scientific input given for the development of trial-related documents and processes which reside in other line functions.
2. Lead and matrix manage the global multidisciplinary CTT to ensure all trial deliverables are met according to timelines, budget, quality standards and operational procedures: chair CTT meetings (as needed), report study progress and issues to CTT; lead trial level interactions with internal line functions and external CROs
3. Function as a Lead CTL on studies for Full Development and assist in the coordination

6. In collaboration with CRO management, CTT and CRAs, identify sites and manage study set-up, including responsibility for organizing and chairing the Initiation meeting
7. Support the CRA on study related questions and serve as point of contact for managing/ answering questions relating to trial procedures and subjects eligibility
8. Responsible for set up and maintenance of the Trial Master File for assigned studies.
9. Regularly update all trial information databases in order to manage accuracy of information
10. Approve for all necessary center payments as per financial agreements.
11. Lead the ongoing review of the clinical trial medical/scientific data (as needed), analysis and interpretation including the development of first interpretable results, clinical trial reports, publications and internal/ external presentations.

Requirement:
1. Gained relevant experience (preferred at least 2 years) in Translational medicine, Clinical Research or Research Nurse experience (CRO, academic institution, hospital or industry)
2. Potential to cope with both scientific aspects and operational tasks in a multidisciplinary organization.
